Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Candidate to join us as a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Riyadh. This role is crucial to our regional growth. You will lead client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and drive recurring revenue by promoting our digital services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tailored business strategy for the Saudi market
- Identify, connect, and close deals with potential clients across key sectors
- Attend networking events, forums, and leverage local contacts to generate leads
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and team members on custom proposals and presentations
- Advise on market-specific adaptations for Zaawia's services
- Set revenue goals and track performance metrics
Must Have
- Saudi Resident with valid documents
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, written, business-level)
- 3+ years of experience in tech, SaaS, or digital agency sales/business development
- Understanding of Saudi Vision 2030, SME landscape, and public sector
- Strong independent work ethic and confidence in client engagement
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
